Located in the Sawatch Range, Mount Yale rises 14,196' into the Colorado sky. This panorama shows the view from the summit on a very cold and windy July morning. Near the town of Buena Vista, Yale is a Class 2 hike and covers approximately 9.5 miles round trip and climbs 4,300 vertical feet. The payoff are views such as this.
