Comet NEOWISE over Rocky Mountain NP 718-1

RMNP

From around 11,600’ near the top of Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, the Comet NEOWISE hangs just under the Big Dipper on a cold July evening. The sky was glowing orange on the horizon and faded to deep blue. The sky was taken with a star tracker so the stars and comet appear sharp just as our eyes see them.
