Blue Lakes Trail
I've been up this trail several times, but never when the winds were calm. This view came from high above the Lower Blue Lake along the Blue Lakes Trail, and I think this is one of the most beautiful vistas in Colorado. The water is a turquoise color, and in the spring, wildflowers fill the slopes. The trail leads further up to the Middle and Upper Blue Lakes, as well, and more grand views await.
