The Ruby Horsethief Canyon sits near the Colorado-Utah border not far from Grand Junction in Mesa County. The images found in this gallery display the beauty of the area, complete with the Colorado River, slot canyons, high cliffs, and beautiful vistas from lookout points along the canyon walls. On the north side of the Colorado River, the famous Kokopelli hiking and biking trail runs the length of the river, and one of the best views is from Mack Point. The Colorado River flows about 25 miles through red sandstone canyons of the McInnis Canyon National Conversation Area.
